We stayed here over Thanksgiving and will be coming back! The included breakfast was what you expect, but was regularly restocked and kept fresh. The staff was attentive and friendly every step of the way, from the front door to the facilities team.
We had a King room with kitchenette and thought this was a great value for the space. It was perfect for a couple and two toddlers; including the warm spacious shower. The hours for the pool/hot tub were good for us: 6am-10pm. I'm not sure when this was built, but it seems very new which we enjoyed. Parking was easy and next to the building, but outside and it was 17 degrees one morning; plus $10/day -- this is literally my only negative here. The location is a quite couple of blocks from the Old Mill shopping area, walking paths, and the big concert venue just across the river.
Highly recommend staying here.
Decent hotel chain. We've had some odd experiences with the rooms at times, but this time, it appeared clean. I did find a bottle near the window, and when I went to wipe a spill off the tile, I wondered when the last time a mop had been run on the floor.
They have raised their pet rates an absurd amount, and we won't be staying there again as a result. They also charge for parking, which isn't new but stupid.

Excellent location for a visit to Bend! There are several great places to eat and drink within walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very good selection of food for breakfast, and good hot coffee. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were flat. Nice, clean room. Quiet.
We need a location for our event that was clean and centrally located in Bend. After reviewing many different hotel conference rooms, we were really excited to find that theirs was within our budget and available on the dates. Everyone like the venue and we look forward to using it again next year. The conference center manager was very helpful and attentive to our needs throughout the whole event day.
